Project breed begins spring of 2023.

       Evergreen Eggers are a project breed exclusive to NorthWoods Poultry. We've selected for layers with heavy grey or white blooms over their egg. The color of the egg underneath can be of any shade but are usually hues of greens and blues. The undertone of the egg color with the bloom creates the appearance of a "grey" egg.
       The birds themselves may vary in size, shape, and color. The main focus is choosing non-aggressive birds hatched from eggs with distinctive
